Listed below are internship opportunities
available to PHS students. Golden Apple Scholars for Juniors Beginning in April of their junior year and continuing through November of their senior year, any Illinois high school student who is interested in a teaching career is eligible for the Golden Apple Scholars of Illinois program. To apply, students must first be nominated for the program by a teacher, counselor, principal or other non-family adult. Students may also self-nominate. Physician Summer Internship for Juniors interested Good Shepherd Hospital is
offering a six-week summer internship program through their "Future
Physicians" program. If chosen, you will have the opportunity to earn
$1200 observing daily activities of various hospital areas including
surgery, labor and delivery, and the emergency room. Applications are now
