Open the first half of every period and ½ hour before school.
(but we’ll keep it open all period for you if you need it!)
What can you do in the English Resource Center?
ü Get help editing and revising papers for any class.
ü Type a paper for class -- and have an English teacher ready to help.
ü Ask questions about the reading you had for homework.
ü Use reading software to increase your reading speed and comprehension.
ü Prepare yourself for the ACT:
o Take a 9-minute ACT English or Reading practice test.
o Take a full practice ACT with ACTive Prep software.
o Look through one of our ACT preparation books.
ü Review your college application essay with an English teacher.
ü Just read or study quietly.
ACCELERATED LEARNING CENTER (ALC)

Open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
One hour before and after school 7-8 am and 3:30-4:30pm
