COACHES - Boys

Coach Kupka has been the Head Coach of the Boys Team for the past 7 years. An experienced swimmer in high school and at Eastern Illinois University, Coach Kupka brings a wealth of knowledge both as an athlete and as a coach to the program. In the 7 years at Palatine Coach Kupka has had young men qualify for the State Meet all 7 years and has a 6th place team finish at state, a sectional and conference championships, and an individual state champion to her credit. Coach Grzybek  is the assistant swim coach for the boys team. His primary responsibility has been to coach the Frosh/Soph team. His understanding of stroke mechanics and training have been important additions to the coaching staff. Coach Grzybek is also the Head Coach of the Boys Water Polo Team. Coach Schneider has been with the swim team for the past 5 years as the diving coach. A diver herself, in high school (Fremd) and college, Coach Schneider brings an understanding of the sport from both a coaches and an athletes point of view.
