April 24, 1990 The Pirates defeat Fremd 21-0
April, 1990 The Pirates win 7 games in a row, including victories over
Elk Grove, Barrington, &
May, 1990 The Pirates defeat Buffalo Grove in 11 innings, with Deanna
Lomabardo hitting 3-run homer in 9th to tie game & then hitting game winning
triple in 11 th to win it. Pirates have 6 extra base hits, including three
home runs (Lombardo, Shellhaas, & Gapsis).
May 8, 1991 Bridget Hogan pitches the game of her life in defeating
first place Hersey 8-4 May 14, 1991 Pirates defeat Fremd for the second time

against Marengo in the season opener.
March 30, 2002 Stacy Salomone throws 2-1 victory over state
ranked Lake Zurich. Kristen Aumann hits triple in the 9th inning to win game.
April 29, 2002 Pirates defeat Wheeling 1-0 for Coach Kublank's 150th
career victory by turning a double play in the last inning.
May 15,2002 Pirates win the last home game of the year, and Coach
Kublank's last home game as the varsity coach 3-0 over Hersey. Coach Lombardo
has farewell cook-out that is appreciated by the coach.
May 21, 2002 Stacy Salomone has a dream game in the first game of the
Highland Park Regional, defeating Highland Park 4-0, in pitching a no-hitter,
and also hitting two triples. Pirates tie school record for season victories
(19).
June 1, 2002 Stacy Salomone qualifies for the state hitting derby, by
finishing tied for first at the Mudelein Sectional with 11 points..
