5 minutes prior to arrival to an away game, all personnel will be
quiet and begin to focus on the upcoming match.
We will enter the stadium/field in two lines with all team members
present.
We will warm up (run and stretch) together with all team members.
During warm-ups, all team members will wear their game jerseys or team
sweats.
We will do a team cool down (jog and stretch) at the conclusion of
games.
We will clean our bench area before we leave the stadium/field.
Captains will do a final walk-thru of the bus to make sure all windows
are closed and garbage is properly disposed.
Freshman will be responsible for the bagging of soccer balls,
collection of equipment, carrying of water, and other miscellaneous
duties.
All injuries must be assessed by a certified athletic trainer prior to
practices or matches. Although we are living in the age of self-diagnosis
and self-treatment, let the trainer decide whether a player is able to
participate or not.
Always contact a coach if you are to miss a practice or match.
Two unexcused absences from practice or games may result in expulsion
from the team.
Freshman will be expected to be Ball Personnel at home Varsity
matches/tournaments.
